After nine years of selling our higgledy piggledy SPONGE cakes within Byfords, we set up a new business in 2010 called SPONGE. It’s simple really, we have taken the sponges from Byfords, added a few more sponge family members to the range, improved the recipe even further, and added some lovely new packaging. We are now selling SPONGE to other retailers, cafes, farm shops and so on and even through the post, so why not order on-line at: www.sponge.co.uk.
