This year, Charlie celebrates 10 years as part of the Byfords team, a milestone we’re very proud to mark. Positive, enthusiastic and hardworking, Charlie brings warmth to every shift and brightens the days of customers and colleagues alike.
To celebrate, we caught up with Charlie to talk about what she’s learned over the past decade, her favourite moments, the parts of the job she could happily do without (who wants to change a milk purgal?!), and what’s kept her at Byfords for so long.
