We always get excited when it's time for a new menu. It's a chance for the kitchen to play with what's in season, bring in some fresh ideas, and give everyone a few new favourites to discover.
Our new summer menu celebrates the season with fresh ingredients, vibrant flavours and a few exciting new additions from the kitchen. Alongside familiar Byfords favourites, you'll find dishes inspired by relaxed evening dinners and sharing good food with good company.
From light seasonal starters to indulgent desserts, every dish has been created with summer in mind, so that after your day exploring stunning North Norfolk, we will be here for you to enjoy a special dining experience in the heart of Holt.
