Room Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before you are due to arrive. Your cancellation will be penalty-free, and you will receive a full refund for your booking!

Bookings may also be moved to a later date, which we would highly recommend during peak times to guarantee a room.

Checking in & out

You may check in any time after 3pm. Check-out is by 11am

On arriving in Holt, you will find access to our drive between Barclays Bank and Starling's newsagent. It's a touch narrow, and the car park is a little tight (spaces are on a first-come-first-serve basis), but a higgledy-piggledy world of pleasure awaits you through the door!

We take full payment at the time of booking.
