At 10pm our staff will guide guests to the Holt New Years Eve party at the community centre with a glass of fizz in hand (entry is included in the price of your meal) where Cromer Soul Club
will be playing music all night, along with a dance floor, bar and countdown to midnight with more fizz! The party finishes at 2am.

Whole sea bass baked with fennel, tomatoes and white wine, with boulangere potatoes and a caper and tomato salad
